MFF 2015 – all around Helsinki, August 20-23

Media Facades Helsinki, organised for the 5th time, will go nomadic. The programme becomes visible on the digital screens of Helsinki’s metro and tram lines with the Interrupting the Everyday campaigns. In the Night Sites programme, a new project will open in a new location every night.

On the Night of the Arts, August 20, the evening will be spent in the Tähtitorninmäki park as part of the Observemus event. In collaboration with the Runokuu poetry festival we open our first night site at 9 pm, with the project Tales from Frontiers (Marikki Hakola, Jarmo Vellonen, Epa Tamminen, Jone Takamäki) illuminating the Observatory facade and yard with images and sounds.
